My best holidays!

Hello classmates! :D

Well… first of all, I love travelling and there are a lot of places that I want to visit in my life. But, today I want to tell you about this summer, in January I had the best holidays ever! It  was an amazing experience to me, because I went to travel alone to the south of Chile and I spent almost a month away from home.

Perhaps, it’s something that has a bit of a stigma attached to it, something that people use to label others (especially when it comes to female travel) and it still surprises me when people say “so, you’re travelling alone? Why?”

Nonetheless, it was an amazing trip, I met and shared with many people (fantastic people from differents places!), I was in beautiful places and I camped most of the time in the middle of the nature, near rivers and places for trekking.

I felt very happy because everyday I woke up and the only thing that I had to ask myself is "what do I want to do today?" then... I simply went and do it! :D

I really recommend you travelling alone at least once in your life, you’ll never be short of friendly faces :)

I left you some photos!

One of my favorite movies!

Hello everyone!

Today, I want to talk about a movie that I loved: Moonrise Kingdom is a 2012 film directed by Wes Anderson. It's set in 1965, though it might as well be set at any time. When you walk into the middle of a screen of a Wes Anderson film, you will find yourself unable to peel your eyes away from the screen. Such is the author’s distinctive visual style and dialogues which makes his films both captivating and frustrating to watch at the same time.

This movie is one of my favorite ones from this singular director. It's a drama/comedy film about a couple of young lovers: Sam (Jared Gilman), an orphaned khaki scout, and Suzy (Kara Hayward), the unhappy daughter of a matrimony of dysfunctional lawyers. The couple falls in love and runs away together, turning the normally peaceful community on its head, which causes a local search organized by the scout Master Ward (Edward Norton) to find them.

I think the best of this movie is definitely the dialogues and images (looking down this post some scenes ;)

I totally recommend you this movie and any of this director's!!

A country I'd like to visit

Hi everyone!
Well, I think that one of the things that best define me is that I love to travel (with my family, friends or even alone)! but If I have the money, the time and desire next year, I think I’ll probably pack up my bags and travel to New Zealand at least a month.
I’d like to visit this country because  I’ve always loved to know differents cultures, their people, customs, beliefs and so on. And In this country there is the Maoí culture and I am very curious to know a lot of things from them. I would like to share, talk, taste their food, and live with them if it’s possible.
Secondly, there are many places to do hiking and climbing, and I love that!. Actually, I’m doing a mountain course and I really will enjoy putting into practise everything I’ve learned in that place.
Finally, I’ve heard that people are very kind and friendly with foreigners and the landscapes are amazing!
I left you some pictures in this post ;)
